If you are like me, you are a wee bit persnickety about the way  your baby carriers are stored when you are not wearing them!  I like to keep my PAXbaby baby carrier stash clean, folded, and stacked neatly in a long hanging sweater shelf in my closet, but that picture is for another blog post another day!  Today’s post comes from BabyHawk’s right hand mama’s personal blog; here are Jess’s pictures of the instructional steps to folding your BabyHawk Soft Structured Carrier, the Oh Snap!, to help you keep organized and neat!

Jess suggests that you reverse the carrier and put the pretty side in if you are concerned about the designer fabric getting dirtier than the twill side.

“Extend out the webbing so that the strap can comfortable be crossed without pulling.”

“Repeat on the other side.”

“Fold the headrest down.”

“Then just start rolling.”

“Til you get to the bottom.”

“Then use the waist strap to secure it all (I pull  mine nice and tight).”

Jess also advises us busy babywearing moms to “try to remember to loop the Oh Snap waist over the driver’s seat so its not laying on the floor of the van.”  Keeping your BabyHawk tidy will cut down on washings since you won’t be piling it into a heap on the van floor for your older kids to step on, and will give you a happy feeling when you go to unwrap it from its neat bundle.  You can also clip your Oh Snap! around your stroller handle if you are out and about.
