Little Town was inspired by Jillian from PAXbaby’s love of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Smitten is thrilled to help bring her beloved classic to life in this fantastic silky soft Tencel blend!

What is tencel?

Tencel or lyocell is a sustainable fabric, regenerated from wood cellulose. It is similar in hand to rayon and bamboo. However, Tencel is one of the most environmentally friendly regenerated fabrics. Tencel fibers are grown sustainably and eliminates the negative environmental impacts of traditional fiber processing, using new sustainable technologies.

But what does it feel like?

Quite honestly it feels soft, dang soft. Cannot get enough of this combination of lightweight glidey and ruggedness! The bell blue tencel fiber creates a soft almost glidey feeling which will slide those wrap passes into place with ease! This is a great all around combination for those wanting to use the same carrier for their newborn and 3 year old!

Care Info

Initial Wash – Machine wash on cold with color safe detergent and tumble dry on low heat

All subsequent washes – Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water and tumble dry low. Once dry, we recommend steam ironing the wrap to soften it and prevent creasing
