The Pikkolo SSC has a few key features unlike any other of our favorite soft carriers!  Being a hybrid between a mei tai and a standard soft structured carrier, the Pikkolo waistband enables the wearer to buckle the strap at the hips, waist, or even higher for a tiny baby due to the basic waist strap webbing!  No padding here - the Pikkolo waistband is more like a mei tai with a buckle!  The babywearing parent can also choose to cross the straps in a front carry or wear it like a backpack! The Sling Exchange rental will come with the waistband support belt essential for babywearing children heavier than 18 pounds!
