That’s why at PAXbaby, I want to make sure that you always get what you want with a price tag that makes you happy!

45 Day Return Policy
We want you to find a carrier you LOVE! For that reason, we offer a 45 day return policy however MOST baby carriers, limited editions, special orders, and ALL personal items are nonrefundable! Refunds will be based on the condition of the item; items returned as “Open Box” (new condition and unworn with tags attached) will be refunded in full minus the original free shipping cost (approximately $10 in the USA) plus a 10% processing fee. Please note that woven wraps and items made from woven wraps cannot be returned because of insurance reasons. The customer will be responsible for return shipping on exchanges or returns. Damaged or defective items maybe be returned to PAXbaby for exchange or store credit only. Please inspect your package upon arrival, and notify us within 15 days if your item is damaged or defective to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Custom orders, previously loved carriers, worn, discounted or sale items, and “personal” items are non-returnable.

Please contact PAXbaby before sending us a package so we can be expecting it! A return authorization code will need to be written on the package or label so that we can expedite your refund or exchange. Returns will be reviewed and refunds issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your parcel back at PAXbaby HQ. Please note that the item must be received at PAXbaby HQ within 45 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please inspect your package upon arrival, and contact us immediately if there are any issues requiring our attention. We cannot be held responsible for damage or flaws found after an item has been washed or worn.
Any order placed using a coupon code or sale discount will be considered final once shipped. PAXpromotion orders are also final, and returns may not be made on any part.

Free Shipping!
All domestic shipping (including PO Boxes and APOs!) is free and will include a tracking number. International Shipping is available and does NOT cover any duty/taxes on your end. All international shipments are $55 (or $60 with insurance if chosen) which may be partially refundable if the package can be sent in a smaller parcel. If your order contains more than 1 baby carrier, you will be contacted with an updated shipping cost based on the significant difference in weight. Please contact us within 72 hours of ordering to confirm whether your international shipment is eligible for a partial shipping refund!
Most items ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed within a 24 hour period by the same customer, to the same shipping address, may be combined at our discretion. Small items, under $50 in value and/or weighing under 13 ounces, may be shipped using USPS first class mail.
PAXbaby does not offer Express shipping at this time.
Unless your order a wrap headed to one of our converters, standard PAXpolicy is to ship to the address used when checking out! Changing addresses after the order is placed isn’t always feasible based on the expediency of our wonderful shipping manager and the restrictions placed by PayPal! Thanks for your understanding! Please note that, due to retailer agreements, some items cannot be shipped to certain countries.
PAXbaby reserves the right to limit quantities for highly sought after items. Typically, these will be available on a “one per household” basis to keep things as fair as possible! Orders beyond the stated limit will be cancelled and promptly refunded.

Lay Away Terms
PAXbaby’s Lay Away terms include a nonrefundable deposit of $25 per item. If full payment is not made within 75 days, any previous payments will be refunded, but the deposit will be held. If the item sold on Lay Away is returned, the deposit will not be included in the refund total, and normal return fees will be applied. Lay Away is only available in special situations, and in limited quantity.

Undelivered Shipments
From time to time the United States Postal Service fails to deliver a shipment and yet marks it as “Delivered.” In the case that your package is undelivered or misdelivered, your local Post Office may be able to help you, but please understand that PAXbaby cannot be held liable for the shipment. We are unable to offer a refund or send another product to replace the original order.
